Home delivery (delivery method — "Home delivery")
We will deliver the goods to your specified address throughout Lithuania.
Before arriving, the courier will inform you by phone or SMS about the planned delivery time.
Delivery time:
Mon-Fri 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Utena and Telšiai).
Mon-Fri 08:00 - 18:00 (other cities, towns, districts);
Shipping cost:
Delivery fee up to 1 kg - € 8.82.
Delivery fee above 1 kg - € 12.25
When accepting or collecting the ordered goods, check the condition of the shipment(s) and sign the invoice (waybill) or other document of delivery-acceptance of the shipment. In the event that during the transfer-acceptance of the goods you noticed any damage to the external appearance of the shipment and/or goods(s), discrepancies in the configuration of the goods(s), be sure to note this on the invoice, waybill or other document of delivery-acceptance of the shipment and, in the presence of our representative who delivered (provided) the shipment to you, draw up a free-form act of damage/discrepancies of the shipment and/or goods(s). If you do not perform these actions, we do not assume responsibility for:
- damage to the goods, if the basis for such damage is not a manufacturing defect;
- discrepancies in the assembly of the goods, if these discrepancies can be identified during the external inspection of the goods.
The goods can only be collected by the recipient of the parcel specified at the time of placing the order. Therefore, when collecting the goods, it is necessary to have with you and present a valid document confirming your identity to the Lithuanian Post employee (personal identity card, passport or new driver's license).

Pick up your items at your nearest post office!
You can pay for the goods in cash upon receipt of the goods.
Items heavier than 20 kg cannot be delivered.

less 1 kg - € 8.82
More than 1 kg to 5 kg - € 12.25
Attention:
